The Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Tartan Brushed Wool Tam is a ssoft blue based check with turquoise, white, red and black overchecks. The Wool Tam is a traditional piece of Scottish headwear that takes its name from the famous Robert Burns poem. It comes with an elasticated wool headband and matching pom. They are all made of 100% Lambswool woven at our mill in Selkirk.
Diana, Princess of Wales is fondly remembered as someone who cared passionately for others – making everyone she met feel special and valued with her genuine warmth and compassion.
Lochcarron of Scotland, the world’s largest manufacturer of authentic tartan, received official approval to design the Diana, Princes of Wales Memorial Tartan in September 1997.
It was created in sympathetic response and respect of the Princess’s memory. The tartan is based on a variation of the Royal Stewart plaid, in colours inspired by the Princess. In 2009 Lochcarron decided it was time to add to the Memorial Tartan range and have also introduced the Diana Memorial Rose Tartan.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return them in an unused condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your goods.
Custom made/bespoke items and tartan fabric are excluded from the returns policy except for when a genuine defect has been identified.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
