Our MacLachlan Modern Ladies' Classic skirt is tailored from our lightweight (Reiver 10 oz.) tartan fabric. These chic designs are available in five sizes and come with a fixed length of 28" (71.1cm), offering the perfect balance of tradition and modern flair. Add this stylish mini skirt to your collection and enjoy a modern take on traditional Scottish heritage.
Authentic Craftmanship: A flat front apron contrasts beautifully with ¾‑inch pleats at the back, creating graceful movement and the classic swing of a kilt.
Secure & adjustable fit: Featuring two buckled straps on the outside and one discreet strap inside for comfort and confidence. Also comes with a silver-coloured kilt pin to keep the bottom of the left apron neatly secured.
MacLachlan Modern tartan is a navy blue and red based tartan.
This ancient clan possessed Strathlachlan, Argyllshire, in the 11th century. Gillespie MacLachlan was a member of King Robert the Bruce's first parliament in St Andrews in 1308. During the 1745 Jacobite Rising, the chief led his clan to join Prince Charlie's army. He was appointed A. D. C. to the Prince and was killed at the Battle of Culloden in April, 1746. His lands were forfeited, but were later restored to his heir. The MacLachlans derive their name from a 13th century chief called Lachlan Mor.

Returns
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return them in an unused condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your goods.
Custom made/bespoke items and tartan fabric are excluded from the returns policy except for when a genuine defect has been identified.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
