MacNeil of Colonsay Ancient Lightweight Tartan is a bright green-based tartan. Woven using 100% Pure New Wool this tartan is available for made to measure products, accessories, soft furnishings and craft projects. Made here in our mill in Selkirk, Scotland.
Donald MacNeil of Crerar, a descendant of Torquil MacNeil of Taynish, was the founder of this family. He exchanged the lands of Crerar with the Duke of Argyll for Colonsay and Oronsay in the 18th century. The 6th MacNeil, sold Colonsay to his brother, Duncan, in 1846. Duncan MacNeil, who was Lord Justice General, was created Lord Colonsay in 1867 and had a distinguished career.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return them in an unused condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your goods.
Custom made/bespoke items and tartan fabric are excluded from the returns policy except for when a genuine defect has been identified.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
