What does 'included in weekly shipment' mean?

We have a twice-weekly shipment that normally leaves every Tuesday and Thursday for the United States. If you choose standard delivery for this country your order will be included in the weekly shipment. The delivery time for the weekly shipment is generally 7/14 days from the ship date.
