The Lochcarron Experience Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
Welcome to The Lochcarron Experience Loyalty Card – Lochcarron of Scotland loyalty card (the “card”). By joining and participating in the card, you accept these terms.
- Participation – to purchase a card, you must pay one off fee of £10 (per annum), provide a valid email address and agree to receiving emails from us on it. It is your responsibility to keep us informed if your email address changes. You must also be resident of the United Kingdom and aged 16 or older. We may in our sole discretion refuse any applications, remove membership for any reasonably suspected breach of these terms. Your card is for personal use only.
- Usage – use your card when shopping in Lochcarron of Scotland Visitor Centre, Selkirk only. Neither the card nor any loyalty gift may be exchanged for cash. From time to time, we may ask you to prove your identity to ensure that the scheme is not used fraudulently or otherwise in breach of the terms and conditions, and to ensure the identity of the individual using a valid card in store.
- Rewards – Receive at least 10% discount on qualifying purchases for one year from date of card purchase. Card holders only shall be entitled to exclusive higher discounts on selected lines/products.
- Qualifying purchases are all purchases other than coffee shop purchases and gift vouchers.
- Free Gifts – have your card stamped once per transaction and receive a free gift upto the value of £5 on your 5thpurchase and gift upto the value of £10 on 10thpurchase. Visitor Centre Manager reserves the right to select the free gift and this cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Card is non-transferable
- Card will be activated in 48 hours from purchase. We shall send an email which will need to be replied to “received” to activate.
- Card must be presented at time of purchase in store.
- Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
- Card fees are not refundable.
- Valid at Lochcarron Visitor Centre, Selkirk only.
- If you renew your card within 30 days from the expiry date, you will keep all your rewards. Card cannot be renewed more than 30 days after the expiry date.
- Privacy Policy – We shall use your personal information (“data”) to manage your membership and for sales and market analysis. We shall process your data securely and will never share your information with unaffiliated third parties without your explicit consent.
