The Grant 1714 Tartan
The Grant 1714 Tartan is a muted green and red-based tartan with blue and black overchecks. This historical tartan is derived from Richard Waitt's portraits of the Laird of Grant's Piper and Champion in 1714, both of which can be seen in Edinburgh at the National Museum of Scotland.
This curated collection comprises a necktie, bow tie, lightweight scarf, ladies' sash, cushion cover and 3 different fabric weights. The fabrics are the Scottish wool Strome 500 gm, Braeriach 400 gms and our lightweight Reiver 320gms.
